This Privacy Policy explains how Million Pixel Showcase handles information provided by visitors and customers.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing or order information, submitted artwork, display name, an optional website link, communications, and technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

We use this information to process orders, automatically screen and publish advertisements, communicate about delivery, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

Visitor counter

We use a first-party cookie containing only an “already counted” flag so the public visitor counter normally counts a browser once rather than on every refresh. The counter stores an aggregate total and the two-letter country code supplied by our hosting platform for the most recently counted visitor. The previous country code is replaced by the next one. We do not use this feature to store visitor names, IP addresses, precise locations, or browsing histories.

Payments

Online payments are processed by PayHere. Million Pixel Showcase does not store your full card number, security code, or online-banking credentials. PayHere handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Automated screening and service providers

Submitted artwork and the business or display name are processed by Google Gemini for automated content-safety screening. Customer contact details are not sent to Gemini. If you provide an optional destination link, it is checked separately with Google Web Risk for phishing, malware, scams, or other abuse. We also use hosting, storage, and payment providers to operate the service. We do not sell customer information, and information is shared only as needed to operate the website, process payments, deliver the service, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.

Public advertisement information

Approved artwork, display names, and any optional destination links are intentionally published on the public pixel wall as part of the purchased service. Do not submit private information for inclusion in an advertisement.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, record keeping, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. To limit automated abuse, we may temporarily store a cryptographic hash of a visitor’s network address together with short-lived request counters; the original address is not stored in that counter. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to or correction of the personal information you provided, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements. You may also ask questions using the business contact details displayed on this website.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
