These Terms & Conditions apply when you use Million Pixel Showcase or purchase our digital advertising placement service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
Million Pixel Showcase sells defined advertising blocks on its own online pixel wall. A purchased placement may display one approved image or logo, a display name, and an optional approved website link. We are the service provider and do not collect donations or process payments on behalf of third-party sellers.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown before payment and are based on the selected pixel package. An order is accepted only after successful payment and our confirmation. Payments are processed securely by PayHere; we do not receive or store full payment-card details.
3. Artwork and links
You must provide artwork, and any optional link, that you own or are authorised to use. By submitting artwork, you legally confirm that you hold the necessary copyright and trademark permissions. Automated systems screen submitted images and supplied links for prohibited or unsafe content, but automated screening cannot establish legal ownership. We may block, suspend, or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, adult, gambling-related, harmful, malicious, or infringes another party’s rights.
4. Screening and delivery
Submitted materials are normally screened automatically before checkout. Delivery occurs only after the submitted content passes those checks and our server verifies a successful PayHere payment notification. A successful browser redirect by itself does not publish an advertisement. We may perform a manual review when automated checks are inconclusive, a complaint is received, or legal or security concerns arise.
5. Placement and website availability
Selecting an area and opening the artwork form does not reserve that area. The system reserves the placement only after the completed submission passes automated checks; if another customer completes the same area first, you must choose a different available block. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain approved placements and keep the website available. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security, technical failures, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Custom work that has been approved and published is normally considered delivered.
7. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted information is accurate, any destination link you provide remains safe and functional, and your advertisement complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. Changes and cancellation
Requested changes after approval may require additional review and may not be available after publication. We may suspend or remove content that later becomes unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or inconsistent with these terms.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Million Pixel Showcase is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party website availability, or outcomes resulting from a customer’s advertisement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
